May 26, 2021 - Using the Sendai Framework, this webinar looked at the emergency management of animals by local government. After a brief history of animals and disasters, we looked at each of the four pillars and provided information and guidance that emergency managers can use to develop protocols tailored to their community. Next, we provided criteria for animal responders and tools to use during response. Finally, we discussed the services that CDART can provide.
